2004 Season

11 groups has been working this season, with 60 volunteers (Tordera, Santa Susanna, Pineda, Calella, Canet, Arenys, Mataró, Argentona, Vilassar de Mar, Cabrils, Alella). They worked out 1220 worksheets, this means 30,500 stream course meters were sampled. In 355 patches we found chasteberry plants, an equivalent to 30% of the total. The course streams of Can Cabanyes (Argentona), Can Solé (Mataró), Salamandra (Mataró) and Sant Ou (Tordera) are the richest ones with 59.2%, 57.4%, 52.2% and 50.0%, respectively.

 

2003 Season

During that season 1144 patches were sampled, or 28.809 stream course meters. We found chasteberry individuals on 293 (25.6%) of them. We had 53 volunteers working on them in 6 groups: Pineda, Canet, Arenys, Sant Vicenç, Mataró and Argentona.
